“First one damaged. Waited over 3 weeks for replacement. Not given replacement as of yet .it gift . I am still waiting some kind of compensation,for all the trouble this has caused. I never shop with abbot lyon again.”

“Absolutely love my new watch, was far too big and had to take to the jewellers to get 7 links removed - which was fine! I did ask customer service if I could do this myself using their watch tool but they weren’t very helpful. Nevertheless, I would order again from this company!”
