“The bracelet i bought is beautiful! This was a present for my sisters 40th along with a little ruby charm and she loved it. Also I had to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size and the customer service was brilliant, I didn’t think I would get the bracelet back in time for seeing my sister because of the exchange but the delivery was so quick. From buying the 1st bracelet to going through the exchange process it all took less than a week. Thank you for the 10/10 experience !”
