“The bracelet is as described and was given as a gift for Christmas. I am in the US. Placed this order on Nov.25. Arrived just before Christmas. Ordered a personalized necklace on Nov. 24 it is now Jan. 1 and it has yet to arrive . It was also a Christmas gift for a family member. Had to go at the last minute and buy another gift for her. What I can’t understand is why the Abbot Lyon website promised Christmas delivery until mid December and their shipping takes forever. I can trace my undelivered package, and expect it to arrive mid January- just short of two months since my order was placed. This is not acceptable considering the time frames promised on the website. The only way to contact anyone in this company is by email. The chat feature doesn’t exist and I got no response on What’s App. The email response was that my orders would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas……. At least one did.”
