“The bracelet itself is beautiful but it is the customer service I received on receipt of the item that truly deserves 5 stars. I bought this as a present for my niece and it arrived without the engraving. I contacted the company straight away and this was resolved in only 2 emails and I am more than happy with the outcome. It was my first time buying from Abbott and Lyon but I will definitely come back again.”
