“I originally bought the S/M size as I have very small wrists, however when it arrived it was too tight! I exchanged it for the M/L (east returns process) only to find that this was far too big. I thought the chain would be adjustable, as I'm sure the S/M chain was, however this bracelet only has one size. Very disappointed and I'm reluctant to return it again as it costs £2.50 each time!”
