“Very pleased with necklace however bracelet needed one more link to be easy to fit. However customer service would not assist even though I offered to pay for it instead suggested I purchase a necklace extension of 2 inches which would be useless! Very disappointed with the company as already purchased quite a few items from them and had planned to buy more but with such dreadful after sales service will not use again. If you are able use a proper High Street jewellers much safer for any queries or after sales help.”

“Very pleased with my purchase, it's beautiful and my daughter will be delighted with her present, I initially had not received my 1st delivery due to an Evri courier leaving it outside my front door and this is not on, I am on a main road and it went missing and evri when contacted dismissed my complaint and told me to contact Abbot Lyon ,who couldn't apologise enough and promptly sent out another set of jewellery to me, though not their fault, and very generous of them to do so, thank you very much Abbot Lyon Venetta Daniel”
