“I was really disappointed with the quality of this charm on my bracelet, the love heart birthstone is misaligned in the setting and it ruins the look. Otherwise, I am really happy with my bracelet. As the heart is in the centre of the bracelet it really ruins the look, such a shame.”

“Did not receive the charm I paid extra for. Very disappointing. Enquired help and still waiting for a solution. The item was a gift for my sisters birthday and I am so disappointed that she won't get the complete item I ordered. Not worth the money.”
