The April stone is a completely clear stone which means that you will be able to see the backing colour of the charm, in this case that would be gold, through this. Unfortunately, our bespoke items are non-returnable due to being customised to you, however, I do hope that we'll be able to welcome you back again in the future.

“I added a birthstone charm but although it should be a diamond the stone looks yellow and not clear. Obviously it's the gold background causing this discolouration but if I'd known I would not have ordered it as an extra as the name necklace itself is really nice.”
