“Arrived with damage only to this charm. There is a small hole through one of the leaves of the clover charm, which was disappointing.”

“I’ve rated it poor. Although this charm was ordered for the bracelet, it was never put on, instead it was a plain diamond shaped gold blob. The first bracelet was replaced Nd the exact same thing has happened with the replacement. Although customer services have been very helpful both times, I’m still at a loss as to why this has happened”
