“This item was baggy and not what the image roughly shows. Also the return policy states “hassle free” but it’s the complete opposite. From trying to arrange a collection…. Around 10 emails back-and-forth to try and make sense of it all. Having to send confirmation of my sending it back. They received it on the 18th but I still had to email and chase to get the refund. Complete hassle”
