“Unfortunately, we have had a bad experience. I have tried to contact support about this but haven't been successful. The earrings were a gift and I was unable to send them as one of the earings are discoloured to a silver/grey colour, whilst the one was perfect. These were unworn and still are sitting with me, hoping to get a replacement!!”

“The earrings are really pretty but I noticed that the post bends very easily, not the quality I expected. Also, they are very heavy for my ear and I can only wear them for a couple of hours at a time.”
