“The bracelet is too big and falls off my arm. The stone seems too small for the heart. I emailed regarding this 3 days ago and have yet to hear anything back. Its disappointing as it is a gift that I cannot give until its rectified.”

“Lovely little bracelet for a friends daughters 18th birthday present. I paid for a gift bag which wasn’t sent with bracelet so this is disappointing. I have emailed but not had any response.”

“The packaging was lovely. However the bracelet itself, doesn’t feel/ look how much it cost. The clasp feels cheap and looks cheap. However couldn’t send it back due to ordering at late notice for an occasion.”

“Awful - item was ordered on 05.07.23 for 2-4 working day delivery therefore should arrive by 11.07.23 latest. Item was a gift for 11.07 but not delivered - when I contacted AL they insist I wait until 18.07.23 before taking up complaint and acting which will then be another 2-4 working days meaning 30th birthday gift will be up to two weeks later with no reason why. Very poor! Can’t review product as has not arrived.”
