“I have to admit that even though the Lowercase initial pendant is of extremely good quality, I was a little disappointed with it. I chose the initial L, which is an 'l' in lowercase so looks too much like an I than a L. It also has a very generous bale, the initial gets tangled in it and I have to spend a lot of time untangling it so that it hangs down correctly. It really should have been a capital letter.”
