“Although this looks pretty, I will be sending my bracelet back as I have found this clasp is not secure and fell off four times the first day I wore it, so had to take it off as i was worried about loosing it.”

“I was gifted this bracelet originally around 7 months ago and one of the crystals had fallen out. This is a minor issue and was easily fixed through the warranty promise, customer service was excellent and I felt very reassured. However, the replacement bracelet was very flimsy and the clasp didn’t align properly resulting in this bracelet popping undone at random times and at risk of losing it.”
