“I bought this bracelet for my wife’s birthday and she loves it and other products, I only gave it to her on her birthday 28th sept 2 days again and there seems to be an issue with the connection as it suddenly keeps coming loose and falling from her wrist this has happened x 4 times since she’s got it would you be able to poss take a look at this as I may have to send it back for repair if required thanks Darren Nelson”
