“This was a replacement for a list bracelet that had a faulty catch. Can’t fault the customer service, really delighted with the replacement. My daughter gets lots of compliments when she wears it.”

“Unfortunately both the bangles I bought are faulty. AL replaced one but the second one still had the fault and I am now waiting for you to respond to my latest email. I bought one for my daughter as a graduation gift and one for a friends 60th birthday. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon. I would like to add at this point, I own the gold version of this bangle and have had no issues with the clasp and it falling off”
