“I placed this order and received it about 3 days later, so speed of service is fantastic. However, the clasp on the bangle is broken and I have tried making contact with AL (by email, facebook, instagram and the contact us on their website) numerous times, but have had no reply from any of these 9 messages!! And there is no telephone number listed so cannot make human contact. Very, very disappointed as this wasn't the first time I had ordered jewellery and therefore was returning as was very satisfied but now I will AVOID!!”
