“I brought this bangle for my daughter for Christmas, she had been dropping Big Hints for weeks and so was extremely pleased when she opened it up on Christmas Day. The bangle is so pretty. She has worn it every day since. Unfortunately we did have an issue with it, after a month a number of the crystals came out of the hearts but I called customer service and within minutes they had sorted out the problem and sent her a replacement. So I now have a happy girl again. Plus a very happy mum who will definitely purchase from this company again, for the customer service alone”
