“I purchased a total of 3 crystal heart bangles in October last year, one for me and one each for both my daughters. I recently noticed a few of the crystals had fallen out on my bracelet so I contacted Abbott Lyon to explain and I can not express how helpful customer service dealt with this matter. So efficient extremely polite and I was sent a replacement bracelet within days. On receiving my new bracelet I can instantly tell that a few improvements have been made since my last purchase. Over the years I’ve have been a very happy customer and now I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. For quality, customer service and price you would struggle to find anything better.
