“I ordered two bracelets one for me and one for my daughter in law. When I started wearing mine I noticed it kept coming undone, and dropping onto the floor. I thought perhaps mine was faulty. When my daughter in law had hers for Xmas. It was the same and fell onto carpet a lot… we loved the bracelets but now can only wear them indoors.. for fear of losing them. Shame.”

“I initially bought the bangle for my daughter as a Christmas present. I chose the small size, which was extremely small and needed to send this back. I spoke to the online chat which was helpful and returned this immediately. I hadn't heard anything for a week so got back in contact with the online chat, which I found frustrating, as they didn't respond when I produced the returns number. I emailed directly and got a response within 24 hours with confirmation that the medium to large bangles had been sent, which arrived quickly.i wasson I impressed with the bangle the team at work bought the same for the manager for her christ as present”
