“I had ordered this watch and the links did not come out of the watch. I could not wear it even when it was brought to a jewellers, I then wrote to the online customer service rep explaining the issue. He was super helpful with my issue. I got a new watch sent out and the links came out perfectly. I love my watch and I’ve got lots of compliments on it. Thank you Abbott Lyon!”
