“Purchased this watch 18 months ago, unfortunately it stopped working. Remembering it had a 2 year warranty I email the help desk, a prompt response asking for a photo/ video to show the issue. This followed an offer of a replacement watch, a watch to the value or a refund. I took a replacement as I loved the watch. The customer service was amazing thank you.”
