“Am absolutely over the moon can’t fault this company or the customer service . They accidentally sent out the wrong necklace to the necklace set so contacted them and within a flash after sending pictures they were so sorry and told me to keep the one I got and they will send me the correct one out which is amazing. Then I noticed the picture of the right one they were sending again was wrong again I contacted them and in a flash they again said sorry no problems we will send the right one out again I was welcome to keep the other one . Never ever have I been treated by any company with such kindness and grace and understanding no attitude or grief from them at all . There jewellery is beautiful absolutely stunning fantastic company Fantasic products you won’t be disappointed. Merry Christmas everyone at Abbott Lyon xx”

“This was one of my birthday gifts and I absolutely love it! Has a nice weight to it and feels good quality, its also a nice tone of gold, looks luxurious. Worn it pretty much everyday for the past couple of weeks! Was a slight problem with the original necklace that was sent out but Madeleine quickly resolved this and sent out a replacement in time for my birthday, so thank you very much!”
