“I have reached out about not receiving the 2 inch chain extender twice going on a third time with no resolution. All I want is to be refunded!!! Abbott Lyon is wanting images of the package now. The package arrived perfectly no damage, no tampering and no tears on the box it came in. This company forgot to put it in my order but they don’t seem to understand that. This was the least expensive item in my order and you would think it was the most expensive. All I want is my refund at this point.”

“Poor quality I can not believe it was any more than $5. I can get a pack of better quality extenders on Amazon and if I had known I would have used what I had. The extender is NOTHING in comparison to the necklace.”
