“The bracelet is beautiful and dainty which is what we wanted. It was a birthday gift. Unfortunately, we were let down by the delivery. I did it next day delivery on the Tuesday and didn’t receive it till Friday late afternoon, which by the time it had arrived we had set off for a weekend away and we’re unable to give the gift yet. I could see that it had been dispatched on time so is purely at fault with Royal Mail but I think it would be better to use a courier company as Royal Mail are a bit harder to track and contact. Other than than I love the bracelet and will definitely be shopping here again!”
