“Absolutely could not recommend this company enough. I was devastated when my birthstone necklace jewel fell out and got lost. I wasn’t hopeful when contacting them to let them know the gem had come out. I thought that my email would not get a reply. But they did and after sending evidence of the necklace fault they immediately offered to send me a replacement. To which I am extremely grateful. Would definitely order and recommend.”
