“This is a 30th birthday gift for my daughter . I was a little disappointed with the stone. It’s supposed to be her birthstone but is very difficult to see against the gold background. It almost looks like the stone has fallen out. A little disappointed a it’s a gift for such a significant birthday!”

“Very bad experience to be honest!! I was left doing all the interaction TWICE on my order which didn’t arrive and was supposed to be resent but wasn’t!! Worst customer service I had ever had to be honest. I would never order from your company again.. very stressful when ye really didn’t look after your customer properly and ye couldn’t care less I felt if I received my ordered product.. why ye don’t copy address exactly from the original order from me is beyond me.. lots of important improvements to be made by your company AND STAFF in 2024. I won’t be purchasing again”
