“My necklace arrived a little less than perfect as the birthstone did not fill the entire heart and it looked as though the gem was broken. I sent a photo in an email to the customer services team and they got back to me the same evening and posted out a replacement with next day delivery. I really could not fault the customer service. When the new necklace arrived it was perfect - one of my new favourites!”
