“Embarrassing, advised i would get an easy refund if decided product wasnt ideal, about 5 emails later finally arrived, if i never had proof of return from post office they probably still wouldnt have sent refund, wont use again. Also was expecting £2.50 to be taken off for postage not £5.00”
