“I genuinely can't compliment Abbott Lyons enough. I had prematurely ordered a birthstone and necklace for my partner for our son due in mid September. He came a few weeks prematurely and I reached out to them to ask is it possible to purchase the birthstone for August individually. Atina had replied to me and instantly sent me out a complementary birthstone free of charge in no time at all. During a challenging time it's little things like this that really help. “The birthstone droplet arrived with my lovely knecklace, after wearing it for a few days i noticed the stone had come out of the casing. I contacted customer service and Paige quickly replied to my email, within a few hours a replacement was being sent, I look forward to receiving the replacement and finishing off my necklace . Thank you”
