“Product is perfect - absolutely beautiful. But couldn’t give it 5 stars as I was let down by the service.. ordered a gift bag for it to go in and never received it. Emailed the company and told them I needed it for a special birthday (which was 4 days away) so could it be sent. I was told it was sent to me, but it still has not arrived (over a week since it was reportedly sent out). I struggle to believe it would take longer than this and was never even sent.”
