“I have had this pendant for about 6 months and have since brought earrings and bracelet of the same birthstone.. however I noticed that my earrings and necklace pendant had faded dramatically when next to my new bracelet so I contacted customer services sent some photos over and a new set of earrings and a pendant were delivered within 48hours Great customer service Abbott Lyon”
