“My partner lost her birthstone from the necklace I bought her to celebrate our child's birth. When she looked on the website she could no longer find the one she had so we contacted Abbot Lyon and they got us a replacement sent out for the same birthstone! Fantastic service, she's delighted as she was quite upset at losing the original stone.”
