“I bought a matching set of initial necklace and bracelet for my daughter in-law. They were so pretty and she loved them but the bracelet broke at the initial R and would have been unable to fix. I contacted Abbott and Lyon who responded within 24 hours promising to send out a replacement. They did this within 7 days at no extra charge. Excellent customer service and the jewellery is so pretty, I'd highly recommend”
