“The chain looks beautiful but I am disappointed with the quality of the clasp, it doesn’t line up completely which makes me think it wont have the longevity that I was expecting. I do love the chain and it wasn’t very expensive so maybe I am just being too picky.”

“My daughter loves this necklace - there was a problem with the clasp not closing properly after a few days so I contacted customer service who were fantastic, sending out a replacement the same day and my daughter has had no problem with this one - very impressed with the product and the customer service :)”
