“Very disappointed with the quality. The clap is very stiff and feels cheap for the price. It looks pretty but the charm bought doesn’t sit properly next to the letter and as I say, the clasp is stiff and bad.”

“Its pretty but a very fine chain and the letter is tiny, online it looked so chunky and when I messaged they said all letters were removable but that's only on a certain chain, so I'm a bit disappointed.”
