“This chain was beautiful. I'm disappointed however by the customer service as an order I placed before this one has still not arrived, no update and unable to get a response from anyone! It's such a shame as the products are good quality but I'm unsure if I will order again due to this issue!”

“The necklace itself is lovely however the afcare service is appalling I was missing a gift bag that you charge extra for at a cost of £5 this did not come with my order after my 1st email to say it was missing it should have been despatched 3 emails later still no bag after asking for information like picture of packaging, my address, ect this is not acceptable customer service so personally I will not be shopping again”
