“Lovely bracelet, I did order with next day delivery, unfortunately it didn’t arrive the next day. I asked for a refund of the ND delivery which AL agreed to refund ……….. still waiting for the refund!! Only gave 3 stars because I’m disappointed with the delivery and lack of refund as promised. But lovely bracelet.”

“I got this bracelet in 2024 as a gift and loved it. It broke less than 12 month later. I contacted customer service and they were amazing and replaced it right away. The replacement is not as good as the original and seems like the qaulity is not as good. I love this brand so thats a disappointment.”
