“Gold ring itself was nice but the engraving was very disappointing, I had ‘emily’ engraved on the ring and the letter spacing is so large that u can’t even see the full name, the last letters are hidden by your fingers so when it’s worn all u can see is ‘mil’. The birth stone was also very disappointing, I choose a turquoise coloured stone for a December birthday and the colour was so dull at first I thought they forgot to put the stone in it as it just looked like a hole in the gold band. This was a gift for a friend and if I knew it was going to look like this I would never have ordered it unfortunately because it was personalised I am unable to return it.”
