“I was so upset with this purchase i personalised it and was so excited about its arrival however when it arrived it come up slightly small (my engagement ring is also a size n) hence I can’t wear it. I tried to contact customer services and they weren’t able to offer any help which means I now can’t afford to purchase a replacement. It’s a shame as it’s a lovely ring, but sizes do not seem accurate and it would be helpful if it was mentioned on the website to size up.”

“I had originally had my ring stamped with two gems in it but had to have another made as a gem fell out. The company were incredible and restamped and sent me a brand new one changing the design for me with no extra cost. Incredibly beautiful, fantastic communication and my ring is amazing!!!”

“Oh my word it's beautiful and my daughter absolutely loves it. Lovely birthday gift with such meaning. It is also perfect as she does fidget and mess, making marks on her skin. Just watching her with it on, already has made such a difference. Thankyou so much. We have purchased so many different items from you and they are all beautiful. Xx”
