“Very very small indeed. It was free with necklace order but was missing. Took several emails and trust pilot to intervene before resolving and such a disappointment when it finally arrived. Very poor customer service from Abbott Lyon. This was my 1st and last order”

“Pretty October birthstone bracelet (her little girls b stone) Ordered small to medium as its the smallest size made. It's way too big on a 6" wrist, slides over the hand and off, so can't be worn. The other bracelets I ordered for our daughters 30th birthday are also unwearable, so hundreds of pounds wasted”
