“Didn’t receive item , poor service I won’t order again”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review & we're so sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived. Due to the Royal Mail strikes which have taken place on various occasions over the last 2 weeks, we are experiencing a delay in the delivery of our orders - this is also affecting the updating of tracking. The standard delivery time frame has been extended to 4-7 working days but we are sure it’s on the way! We’re so sorry for the delay & can’t thank you enough for your patience.
