“I ordered this bracelet along with 2 personalized bracelets and never received the mini heart bracelet. I reached out to customer service and they apologized and said it was their error and I would have it in time for Christmas. It was to be a gift for someone. It never arrived and no one could tell me why. Very disappointed.”
