“Unfortunately this necklace was nothing like the picture. Flimsy thin chain that looks like it’s ready to snap at any minute. It also hangs wonky so looks ridiculous. I contacted Abbot Lyon regarding this who were not interested as the product was a personalised one. I’m sure there are plenty of people with my name . It’s going to be in the bin soon as I’m sure it won’t last. It’s a shame as not a cheap product!”

We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces by including measurements in each product description and photographing everything as accurately as possible but we appreciate your feedback. As your necklace has been custom-made for you, it is non-returnable - however, I do hope that we'll see you again in the future.

“I’m really disappointed with my necklaces for daughters. I asked for their first name and second names to be added I couldn’t understand the second half of their names. I wish I could have seen the design before I placed the order as I would have just chosen the first part of their name to be added to the chain. Also chain is very delicate bit worried it will snap easily.”

“Product is good but delivery/communication could do with improving. Evri lost my first order and after waiting for 5 days of ‘order waiting for dispatch’ I had to reach out to ask what was going on. I was promised that evri would not be used for my replacement order especially as it is known to be one of the worst couriers in the UK. I then waited another 2 weeks for my replacement to be delivered which was again carried out by Evri. My order which was around £70-80 was left on my doorstep of a fairly well used street. I feel like choosing the most budget conscious courier isn’t the best choice for a jewellery company.”
