“Feels like a good quality necklace, really pleased with it but not also that, the customer service received was amazing. There was unfortunately a delay in the warehouse and they contacted me directly with the nicest apology and the opportunity to respond with any concerns or questions. Would 1000% use again.”

“This is the second name necklace I have bought from Abbott Lyon, they make the loveliest of gifts. Unfortunately this time I had a problem with the chain but it was dealt with so quickly and efficiently and this was over the Christmas period. The customer service was excellent. Received a brand new beautiful necklace replacement within the 4 week time frame I was advised of.”
