Due to the Royal Mail strikes which have taken place on various occasions over the last 2 weeks, we are experiencing a delay in the delivery of our orders - this is also affecting the updating of tracking. The standard delivery time frame has been extended to 4-7 working days but we are sure it’s on the way! We’re so sorry for the delay & can’t thank you enough for your patience. “I really like the necklace but my name is spelled with an “i” and there’s no dot over the “i” which was a little disappointing. Great service though and lovely packaging.”
