“Having initially been concerned about having to wait longer than I thought (but not an unacceptable length of time) I contacted AL via their WhatsApp method. The customer service team responded virtually instantly, reassured me & having told them it was for my daughters 12th Birthday they said they'd do what they could to ensure the piece arrived before. It arrived not long after & it is a simply beautiful example of the craftsmanship you'd expect for the price paid. It is incredibly well made & I will 1000% be ordering again in the future.
