“Product is nice enough, but for a £80+ necklace I expected nicer packaging - it made it feel like a cheap gift which it isn’t & I don’t think being asked to pay £5 extra for a bag is acceptable! It isn’t silver which stupidly I’d not realised so hoping it won’t tarnish etc. time will tell!”
