“This was ordered as a gift for Christmas gifts, I ordered a few pieces on 27th November and the personalised items were dispatched on the 14th of December but arrived TOO LATE for Christmas on 31st December. I ordered 4 items, one being a free gift but this was also missing, never received - Metal Letter Key Ring (Gold) Initial: D. It was for myself and would have been nice to receive. I kept tracking them and seemed to be in the same place for over a week with no movement. I did reached out to your customer support to see if the items would arrive on time for Christmas but weren’t able to help. I have previously ordered items in the past and the jewellery is lovely just very disappointing not to have the gifts delivered on time by your delivery provider and then my own little free gift missing.”
