“Have already written to you in response to the excuse you gave as that's the way you do it the R been a h & you didn't response I'd also said to stop sending me emails on new items but that you ignored as well . AS still emailing including wanting this review. Deeply disappointed paying so much for this necklace with name spelt incorrectly & you won't do anything about it. If brought other items that were as advertised. I won't be purchasing anything more from you again.”

This style is designed to look like a Signature, with the first letter being very legible and the rest of the name to follow in a cursive font. I can confirm that your necklace is absolutely correct but I am so sorry that you're not 100% happy with this.
